By the time they reach the end, they trust you, they've learned something, they're on your list, and they're ready to hear about your paid offer. The process

Seven steps, start to finish.

1. Intake Form

You fill out a questionnaire before we speak. It covers your topic, your audience, and what you want subscribers to walk away knowing. This lets me come to our call prepared, so we spend the time on strategy rather than basics.

2. Discovery Call

We talk through your course in depth – your audience, your teaching style, and what success looks like for you. If we’re a good fit, I'll send across a proposal and contract. A 50% deposit secures your place in my schedule and starts the clock.

3. Course Blueprint

Before I write a single word, I map the full five-day arc – what each email teaches, how the sequence builds, and exactly where and how your paid course is introduced. You sign off on the structure before any writing begins.

4. First Draft

All six emails (the welcome email and five lessons) and your landing page or opt-in form copy, delivered within five working days of your blueprint approval (depending on availability). The remaining 50% is due on delivery. Two rounds of revisions are included.

5. Revisions

With two rounds of revisions, I refine the email course until it sounds like you and teaches just what your subscribers need.

6. Go Live

I load everything directly into your email platform and set up the automation sequence, ready to go live. All I need is access to your account. You get a working, fully automated course without going near the backend.

7. Performance Report

After 60 days, I review your the metrics that tell you what's working, and send you a written breakdown of what the data shows. Where a copy tweak will fix something, I'll rewrite it at no extra charge. Where the fix is structural (a sequencing issue, a weak call to action, a landing page that isn't converting) I'll tell you exactly what to change and why. If anything warrants a conversation, we'll jump on a call.

This report is contingent on you sharing your analytics – either by granting me access to your email platform or sending screenshots by an agreed date. If the data doesn't reach me, the report can't happen. I'll send a reminder when the window approaches so nothing slips through.
