For this role, I:

• Led pre-production on video and photography shoots across multiple territories: India, Peru, Portugal, Denmark, Norway, New Zealand and Scotland - managing and/or booking all logistics, permits, crew, and suppliers such as transport

• Built and managed budgets and cost reports; handled reconciliation and wrap paperwork

• Produced video and photography shoots on location in Portugal and Scotland, troubleshooting challenges in real time, managing team movements, set-up, schedule tracking, and ensuring models were styled on brief.

• Cast models and negotiated with agents to secure talent on brief and on budget

• Spearheaded the hiring of international crew and fixers across multiple multi-day shoots

• Liaised with post-production on edits, pre-empting client feedback and ensuring timely delivery to platform specs
